By confirming a reservation at our property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable.

Reservations may be modified, subject to availability and possible rate adjustment depending on the new dates or length of stay.

No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, early departure, or no-show.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00

• Check-out: before 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, the following rules must be strictly respected:

• No pets allowed

• No smoking inside the property

(Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in additional cleaning charges.)

• No parties, events, or excessive music/noise, especially during nighttime hours

• No illegal activities, including but not limited to drugs, prostitution, or any activity prohibited by Mauritian law

• No extra guests without prior agreement

Any unauthorized additional guest will be charged €50 per person per day.

4. Tourist Fee (Mandatory)

⚠️ Important – Tourist Fee in Mauritius

There is a mandatory tourist fee of €3 per person per night for each guest aged 12 and over, applicable to all licensed tourist accommodations in Mauritius.

• This fee is not included in the accommodation price

• Payment must be made in cash at check-in or check-out

• Payment can be made in euros or in Mauritian rupees (equivalent value)

If no staff member is present during your stay, please leave the exact amount on the kitchen table at check-out. The housekeeping staff will collect it.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be charged accordingly.

The property owner shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or valuables during the stay.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the reservation and staying at the property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
